Beijing: Travel Agencies To Be Marked on Performance

Beijing Tourism Bureau Director Du Jiang at the 10th Beijing/Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium said the city will soon issue public ratings for its travel agencies.
By the end of 2006, each travel agency in Beijing will receive a mark based on their performance, the technology they possess, the number of tour guides and customer feedback.
The ratings will range from 3A to 5A.
